A lovely, feminine blouse with a distinctly Victorian influence!  Lightweight cotton/linen in a soft white.  Around the crewneck is a lace ruffle.  Button front.  The blouse hits at the natural waist with a lace peplum.  The puff sleeves have a lace inset with a lace ruffle on the elastic cuff.
